"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and at this point, it truly feels like a second home. This trip was to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a thoughtful gesture — they sent a small cake to my room along with a birthday card. I honestly wasn’t expecting it, and it meant so much. It was such a beautiful and genuine touch. The staff consistently makes me feel welcome, and that’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else. The only downside during this stay was that the breakfast host was not very friendly, which was a bit disappointing. However, overall, my experience continues to be wonderful."

"In general terms it was a great hotel. We liked: 1. Nice big room, all clean, well decorated, not much noise until 9 am or so. 2. Most of the food was really good. Unfortunatly we couldn't get a reservation for a restaurant. 3. Staff was always super kind and atentive. 4. The beach club was cool. They had activities every afternoon. There were some little things that can be improved like: 1. There were flies all around the buffet restaurant. Disgusting. 2. Sometimes the restrooms in the common areas were dirty. 3. I think in general the hotel needs some maintanance, there rusty things all over the place. 4. They need more signs. We couldn't find the gym, for example."

"We had the room on the water, the balcony were we were was the highlight. room was so so no hot water, shuts off 10 pm to 6am. didn't go in main building or pool. restaurant very basic, staff tries, but not trained to western standards, always have to repeat order and they still got it wrong usually. 2 choices for breakfast, American or Columbian, bacon or sausage. Prices very reasonable, strong us dollar. extremely isolated, nothing close at all. it was ok for us, but just ok"

"The room was great! The hotel has a lot of character and is really unique! The staff was always pleasant and helpful as well! The only issues we ran into was that there was construction going on the hotel that would always start early morning, then there were also some issues with the water and it was unavailable. Other than that, it was an amazing stay and we'd be happy to come back! Maybe next time we can leave a 5 star rating!!"
