The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The first rooms we got were not up to the standards so we asked for better ones and they did relocated us. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The swimming pools were clean and the fact that the hotel was close to the beach was great.

Everything was great! Just steps away from the beach front. They have 2 pool and hot tub. The breakfast was delicious. They have the best Chicken soup. I definitely recommend staying at this location. Condo style hotel .

We chose this hotel to stay during a layover. Its proximity to the airport is a major bonus, but if you’re making Cartagena your destination, this area of town is really not the place to stay. There are much trendier and historic neighborhoods and there are other beaches that are prettier but overall for what it was the hotel had great staff, clean rooms and nice pools.

The AC was the best thing in my room lol It’s so hot in Cartagena and most places don’t have AC so it was nice to come back after a long day to a nice cold room. This hotel is beautiful and has great amenities. The only drawback is that it isn’t close to restaurants or shops. But they do have dining options at the hotel and a supermarket close by.

Enjoyed the modern room with balcony which was convenient to dry swimsuits overnight, quiet A/C, direct beach access to a huge sandy beach with close proximity to excellent Encolombia kitesurfing and wingfoiling school. Pools are awesome. Taxi to historic city center cost 25K, taxis always available. Friendly staff, clean. Small supermarket and drug store next door.
