"I stayed at Sonesta south because it was under a mile to the airport and had a free shuttle. The room was great and the Jamaican jerk wings at the hotel restaurant were awesome ! The price was great as well !"

"Expedia had hot tub listed as an amenity for the property, however, when we checked in, we were told that there was a room that had a hot tub. That was not clarified in the ad. I only booked the room because I thought it had a hot tub at the property as an amenity. I was very disappointed."

"Room was very outdated. Grab bar in the shower was loose. We asked to have it fixed and they never did. "

"All was good for a one night stay before heading off early in the morning. Shuttle only goes to the domestic terminal so we had to get an Uber after finding this out. The lighting in the bedroom was very strange, no ceiling light and only very dim side lights. Made getting ready early in the morning a challenge."

"This was our third time staying at this hotel, and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last. The amenities are great, everything is clean and quiet, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I especially love the sign when you walk in that says “Welcome Home, take a breath”—it really sets the tone, along with the fresh, inviting smell throughout the hotel. The location is also a big plus, being so close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!"
