"My room was spotless and even though housekeeping is offered only once a week, the staff were very accommodating with requests. The level of professionalism and kindness were amazing! As a matter of fact, I will be staying another 14 days. The customer service is unmatched by even “top notch” hotels. "

"Exellent room service, excellent location, rooms were clean, parking at the hotel was $112 for 4 nights if you want to park in the hotel parking lot but there are alternative options such as street parking and a parking garage within the same block. My only complaint would be the laundry room. Payment method was difficult as it would not accept my credit/debit card and there is no coin alternative I ended up using apple pay which was inconvienient as I had to download the app and the method costed more charging $6 just to wash instead of the $2.50 listed on the machine. As for the dryer i had to use apple pay again as it was again my only option as my debit/credit card did not go through but it actually took out the amount listed on the machine ($2.50)"
