Property is located in very good location but the wifi wasn’t good it kept dropping and also in bathroom there was no rugs available after shower I had to be careful not to slip otherwise it was a good stay

Everything was good from entry to exit .Five pounds for parking 24 hours was good and you got £2 rebate at bar . Rooms clean /Breakfast top notch .We enjoyed an overnight stay for 3 adults in a multibed 4 beds room

Location was good near the train and town centre. The room was comfortable shower was not very powerful but managed to get wet. The staff were really friendly and helpful, despite it being busy both days i was there. Breakfast was good but limited choice of hot food if you;re veggie. All in all the stay was good, decent pub across the road although the hotel had a good choice of beer.

You have to pay for parking £5 for 24hrs then claim £2 back at the bar, this is not mentioned. Accommodation bath handles loose,peeling wallpaper gaps round window. Had to ask for a fan in heatwave which the lady on reception did find. Food standard. The fact they had delivers during the night meant little sleep as room overlooked carpark.went there 10years ago and was looking forward to returning i know wisk I had gone else where. Some staff where pleasant others not so much.

Excellent check in and greeting from reception. Room was adequate, if stuck in the 80’s but shower pressure was dreadful. Also shower is over the bath so be aware of this if you have mobility issues. Parking is good but a 24 hour fee of £5 has been introduced, partly redeemable at the hotel bar. Breakfast was good

My single room was appalling. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. Windows were so high up, I couldn't see out. Very shabby. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and hot.
