"Perfect location, hotel could use some beatification updates."

"The Vrbo hosts at this property should teach a class! Every thing from my initial interest, including the entire stay and through departure was A, 5 stars ALL THE WAY. There were two of us; so, the one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen suited us perfectly. We enjoyed the balcony, too; it is the best place for that first cup of coffee in the morning!Any/all communication was answered instantaneously and appropriately.The entire apartment was sparkling clean. Every nook and corner was spotless. Bathrooms, kitchen, beds, furniture – all spick and span. There was a notebook of helpful info on the bar along with a personal welcome note. Those extra efforts were apparent in so many other ways, too – a fresh pitcher of filtered water in the fridge, shampoo and conditioner labeled “safe for color treated hair”, a basket with scrumptious snacks and bottled water, super fast Wi-Fi – my list of things appreciated could get very long. So I will just say, “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay” and sincerely appreciate our hosts. We will look for their property the next time we are in the Wilmington area or, maybe, plan our trip(s) when their property is available."

"We had to wait until 8pm to check in. They gave us “free Breakfast” which was not free. It was a voucher for $20 for 2 people. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken so there was no privacy when using the toilet. The bar was closed for a wedding. I was quite disappointed. The staff were kind but there was apparently nothing more they could do. "

"Every we needed was there! Everything was clean and in working condition. We walked to eat a great breakfast and pizza. We would definitely return. Easy access into Wilmington."

"Great location, walking distance to the Riverwalk, restaurants, and brewery. Small backyard, but did the trick for our dog. It was quiet and very comfortable. Everything was updated. We would stay here again."

"Lots of extra expenses! No complimentary coffee in the lobby (was told I could buy some at the Starbucks in the lobby). Parking options were confusing (and pricey). Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, but would have liked to have a microwave. Amenities were listed on the inside of the entry door. Would prefer to have a brochure that I could read sitting down. We don't plan to stay there in the future."
