Spotless hotel! Even always smelled so clean. Alexandro was wonderful along with all the staff! From check in to breakfast everyone was kind and friendly. If we had good weather it would have been a perfect trip! Thank you to everyone that went above and beyond for us! Grazie Mille❣️

1) Walking down the path from the street to the hotel, the garbage bin area is filthy/smelly and you have to walk right past it. A small fence or something to hide it would help the impression of the hotel
2) Our room was very nice, but there was a constant sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom. That smell tarnished all the nice aspects of the room
3) On a positive note, the breakfast was wonderful, and we also had a lovely dinner in the dining room
