You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Sunset Shores condo with private patio 150 steps from the sand!

Cozy beach hideaway only 150 steps from the sand! This ground floor studio with a private patio is perfect for relaxing days of beach, pool, & condo time. It's a quick walk to local Linden Ave. restaurants/breweries, groceries/snackshacks & the crown jewel of Carpinteria State Beach.
There is a Queen bed, living room with pull-out sofa, full kitchen, indoor dining nook, bathroom, & dining table in the patio. Cozy, clean, & easygoing. Unwind on the patio & listen to the waves crash at night : )

Lastly, once again This is a studio. The Queen bed is in a separate more private part of the condo but there is no bedroom door. The second bed is a pull-out sofa bed. It could fit two kids. The location of the bathroom is between the living room & Queen bed corner so sleeping areas are separate & you don't have to disturb someone if sharing.

Families are welcome, we can provide a pack&play, baby tub, & portable high chair if requested.
