Brand new modern house is located 5 minutes walking distance to the beach 'plage du Pradon' and on the hill with a view of the presqu'ile de Giens.
The upper level has the kitchen / living / master bed and bath. A large outdoor patio gives on to the pool.
Downstairs on the lower level 3 guest bedrooms give on to a large wooden deck and a sand field to enjoy relaxing and play games.
The space
A large kitchen and large tables inside and outside will entertain friends and family for meals and get togethers up to 10 people per table.
Great living area for movie watching with a 75'' TV.
A total of 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 with 3 single beds.
All areas are equipped with AC / 2 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with ceiling fans.
Guest access
You will have access and full privilege to the entire house, indoor and outdoor.
A closet will remain locked for use by owner only.
