"Clean room, lovely shower, comfortable bed. Poor amenities - 1 tea bag - decaf, no milk, asked for more and it took 45 mins to be given just 1 extra tea bag and a jug of milk. Check in to room was not available on time. Would not stay here again for the price! "
"Location was good. Hotel was cleaned very good every day. Only thing was we were in a handicapped room ( we're not handicapped) and the shower sprayed all over the room. But the cleaners were excellent. Would recommend this hotel in La Spezia. "
"Great location near the train station to visit Cinque Terre. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and good breakfast buffet. We stayed before we went and stayed a few nights in Monterosso and then stayed another night before taking the train to Naples on the way to Sorrento. Very convenient and clean!"
"Accommodations are as pictured and views are amazing of Manarola. Lovely garden area to enjoy. Extremely kind hospitality. Close to trails…Corniglia to Manarola starts very near property. Plenty of places to eat in town. The only downfall is Corniglia is up a hill from the train. There is a bus that would drop you right at the hotel however the volume of passengers significantly out numbers the bus capacity. We were there late April so don’t know if it gets better or worse. Must be prepared to either walk the hill with your luggage or climb the stairs. Highly recommend this location if it meets your needs. "
