"Loved our family room just above reception. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom great too. Staff throughout were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. "Very pleasant expirence. Staff was friendly and helpful. I left a cap on the luggage rack and the desk clerks held it for me till I checked out. I much appreciated that. I only have one complaint, the hotel does not supply face/wash cloths but this was the case in all Irish hotels we stayed in but not so in Northern Ireland."

8/10 Good
"The room was spotless and spacious. The only drawback was, it was at the front and the traffic could be heard passing through the night. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was excellant and set you up for the day ahead. We only used the bar on our first night for an evening meal. The food was very good and the Guinness hit the spot. All in all a very good hotel and would stay here again."
