Views to take your breath away and with six balconies this Brand New spacious designer apartment is in the heart of the Historical Centre with EVERYTHING at your fingertips
The space
This is a very spacious corner apartment with 6 balconies a large lounge with beautiful views over the old city , a large fully equipped kitchen , a separate cinema room with the latest smart nano cell tv, and music centre, there are 2 spacious bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space and both with there own on suite bathrooms a separate guests wc and a separate wash area with washer and dryer everything your see and touch, all the furniture , beds, kitchen , cabinets was designed by a local architect and hand crafted in oak here in Colombia with local tradesmen.
As a special treat and something unheard of in Cartagena, all the showers basins and kitchen have hot water .
