Great hotel and staff. Beach access but it’s a public beach so make sure you get the recommended vendor for tarps. Pool is not big. Food and service are the highlights. The food was not very good, but the coffee was excellent. The bed is comfortable, the pool is tiny and you have a limited amount of beach chairs. The beach outside is dirty and the natives are everywhere harassing you at every moment. The buffet is a different price every day they say it depends on how many proteins they are serving and that to me is utterly ridiculous.

The room was fine and the staff were friendly enough it's what we expected for a one night stay. The view of the ocean is a plus however, the hotel does not own/control the beach area directly behind the hotel as some resorts in other countries do making it a Wild West when you want to venture out to the beach. One cannot escape the feeling that for safety it's best to stay at the pool on the hotel grounds. The other plus is the included breakfast. while it is not as extensive as in other places it is fine since you don't have to think about where to go for breakfast.
