The checking in receptionist was exceptionally helpful. Went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The recently refurbished room was wonderful, absolutely clean and it was as if I was sleeping in my own bed.
We also had the dinner in the restaurant which was great, good value for money, more importantly all freshly prepared and not from frozen.
Overall experience exceptional, would have given it 5* had on one occasion the elevator not been working.

Great location for the Co-op Arena. Nice and clean. Breakfast was very good (it would have been excellent if they had fried eggs). Have stayed here before and will again.
