"The hotel was excellent, very clean and well maintained. The views from the room was outstanding. On the hotel website it states that "early check-in is possibly if you ask at reception" we asked at reception and was informed that you cannot check-in before 3pm. Could you please amend your website to avoid any confusion? "

"Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, and bathroom spotless. Breakfast in the morning was a great selection which covered all tastes and appetites. Overall, with a good central location, I'd stay here again without hesitation. Recommended."

"The room was clean and tidy and the housekeepers made the room up each day. The breakfast in the restaurant was lovely and pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again."

"Very helpful, friendly staff, delicious food, luxurious hotel, loved my huge room and bathroom (best shower ever!), parking available on the street and in the garage, and on the seafront, about 10 minutes walk into town. Brilliant experience."

"The owners were really lovely and accommodating, they leant me things from their own kitchen as I needed to bake some bits while I was staying there, and even offered to put the dishes in their dishwasher so I didn’t have to wash it up myself. Although, the kitchen had everything you needed for a normal stay there. They waited up for us as we were late getting there for check in, due to a long journey. The electricity isn’t on a meter like mentioned in previous feedback. The rooms were clean, tidy and had a real homely feel. Brilliant location, right between the babbacombe downs and St Marychurch. I’d go back for sure. Excellent stay. "
