"We were contacted by Boutique Stays, the day before check in saying they had some issues with their software and were putting us in another cabin, which they called an "upgrade," The cabin we were switched into is not on VRBO. It was a larger cabin with a full kitchen but not as newly decorated and involved climbing stairs. I was looking forward to sitting in the Adirondack chairs. The agent was friendly and helpful but it was a disappointing experience because it really did not feel like an upgrade."
