"Lodge is in a beautiful location. The cabins are definitely small and dated. Beds are not comfortable. Expedia stated that towels would not be provided, but they were, which was great. We were not allowed to use the pool or hot tub since we stayed in the cabins."

"I liked that it was on the Main Street where all the shops are. Close to everything. No one works at the front desk around the clock though. We arrived about 3 hours early and wanted to drop our bags at the desk and go walk around, unencumbered. Was not to be. Tried calling and texting with no response till after check in time. Otherwise, the room was clean and well maintained."

"I felt very sorry to the host that I had a flat tire, waited for the towing and stayed in a room longer than expected but the host was very nice to me. Grand Lake is kind of a remote area , maintaining and renting such property with good size plus kitchen is not so easy. However I appreciate it!"

"Enjoyed a little bit of Grand Lake history by staying at the historic Owen house over Labor Day with extended family.Great location! So close to shops , restaurants and the beach! Fabulous screened in front porch with a view of the lake. Perfect place to share a meal, relax or play games. We will definitely come back for a repeat visit!"
