All needed information was sent ahead of reservation.Gabrielle kept in contact and was so happy to help us make our stay as enjoyable as possible.My husband has mobility issues (uses a walker and a mobility scooter as needed) and the property was just as described. Very roomy - lovely walk-in shower - easy access to the town of Grand Lake.The courtyard is beautifully "overgrown" allowing for privacy and the feeling of being in a bit of forest all around!Gazebo, gas grill and tables available too.Had a bit of a problem with TV remote- but suspect "operator error"! We did let Gabrielle know and she offered to send someone over right away but we were not in town at the time and missed her message.NOT really a big deal... we didn't come here to watch TV anyway! "Perfect location for a young family with little ones. Right on the lake and couple hundred feet to beach/boat rental , icecream, park, great food/drinks. It’s not brand new and could use a little updating but it was cozy and great bang for the buck. "
