"We had an excellent 3-day, 2-night stay. Everything was impeccably clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was very well designed and spotless. The location of the hotel is outstanding—perfectly situated and very convenient. The hotel’s restaurant is 100% recommended. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Every detail made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly loved our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!"

"The location to downtown winter garden was perfect but the air-conditioning in 2 rooms just seemed to never get cold. We moved at 4:30 in the morning to another room and the same thing. "

"During our visit, the pool—one of the main amenities offered—was not usable. The pump/motor was not working, the water was stagnant, and maintenance was actively adding chemicals into the pool while guests were present. This situation raised serious safety concerns and prevented us from using an amenity that influenced our decision to book your hotel. We were not informed of this issue prior to arrival."

"If you are handicap, be aware that the accessible rooms are falsely portrayed on the website. There is no shower seat, just a very dangerous high sided tub. Desk clerk was super sweet, but had no explanation as to why there was no seat as listed and in photographs"

"I was checked in a room that smells like pee. the bathrooms and room is dirty. Then i asked for a different, i was given a different room that was not available when i checked in 30mins ago."

"Room was clean. Staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. Beautiful lake view. Breakfast had many options ms food was fresh. The only complaint is all of the stairs. It’s very difficult to get suitcases up and down as we age. "
