Mackenzie at check in was amazing. She was extremely thorough and helpful. The woman working at the breakfast buffet on 1/19/26 was very kind and went out of her way to assist a handicapped woman in a wheelchair get breakfast. We love our jacuzzi and utilized it three times. Our bed and pillows were comfy and our room was very clean.

The staff were welcoming when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. They gave us information about breakfast times and also texted us after we had been in the room for a few hours. There was a little store next to the check in desk which had drinks snacks and items we might have forgotten to pack. The room was clean and had everything we needed in it. The hotel is situated next to a couple of restaurants and you could easily walk over there. The cooked breakfast was excellent with an interesting and appetizing variety of foods all clearly labeled. All the staff we came across were so helpful and pleasant and always asked if there was anything they could help us with. Thank you for a great stay.
