We chose this hotel for the shuttle service and it turns out the shuttle to universal does not run from here every day. Between that and being charged $35 a night for parking (which no one told me about despite calling the hotel ahead of time) I was ready to get a refund and just go get a Motel 6, but they told me I could not get a refund... Oh and they put a $100 hold on my card, despite paying for the entire trip in full 2 months ago. I will never be staying here again. We also discovered several of the outlets in our room don't work and the phone in the bedroom wont stop blinking. When I asked the concierge about it, they wanted to send an engineer to our room. This is not how we wanted to spend our honeymoon.

This hotel was excellent! I really enjoyed that it was so close to the parks and disney springs. The pool and outdoor area was the perfect place to start and end our days. I highly recommend getting the food package as the breakfast was amazing every morning! Book this hotel!

Not sure why but there was no shower curtain but other than that it was nice for a quick stay. Very comfortable bed and the pool was super nice.

Liked my stay! The hotel was just recently renovated and has a retro-modern feel that I love. The bar/dining area downstairs had a great staff and good food and drinks. Expensive but delicious! They had my favorite wine!! The two biggest things I would change were the parking - $35 per night is pricey... $50 if you want to valet. After all, we're not in Miami and my room key would not work even after they gave me a new key. I believe the door handle itself was malfunctioning but the front desk staff was apologetic and good about trying to find a solution - I just think upper management needs to be on top of those things.

Staff was incredible. Their restaurant served great food. Pool, gaming room and on site gym was clean and had plenty to keep you busy in between tourist activities. Would recommend and stay here all over again!

The management is so bad. They let me check in at 6 pm. And let me wait 2 hours waiting to let me checked in. When I went my room. After half hour, they gave the key to other guest. And, she opened the door with the house keeper. I was so embarrassed. And then when I complained. They said just sorry. We thought the room empty. When I asked to meet the manager. His name is Christopher. He just said sorry, and the maximum we can do a free drink Seriously, I was with my wife in the room changing our clothes after we checked in . And you let another guest open the room on us . And then just sorry and free drinks.!!!!!!!
