When we first checked in and went to our room…It wasn’t the room we booked. They tried to tell us it was the same. So, we booked a One bedroom beach tower room. They wanted to place us in a One bedroom studio. Not enough room in the studio for the cot that we needed for our children.
Thankfully, they changed the room for us. It would have been too small for 4 adults.

I went to the pool and came back to my room before check out and my stuff was missing. Souvenirs and money stolen from my room. I called multiple times and even had my bus circle back to the hotel to be told “it happens” and there was nothing they could do for me. I will never stay here again.
