"The hotel is well located bright and new but the dining room is terrible. A poster in the elevator advertised a pasta meal with wine, choice of pasta dishes,salad bar and desert for just $14 but when we tried to order it the server first said it wasn’t available. We eventually insisted on it but it turned out to be only a tiny salad, spaghetti with tomato sauce, a glass of wine and a piece of cake (no choice). Service was slow and the dining room feels like a cafeteria. By far the worst dining experience I’ve ever experienced in Costa Rica."

"All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the private room/bathroom + shared kitchen and common space set up. Street felt very safe. Would recommend! "

"If you are reading this review, you are looking for something simple that is near the airport, for your first or last night in Costa Rica. That's exactly what we did, and Edward's place was perfect for that. Communication was excellent, even before we arrived. He also provided tips, like where to get local SIM cards. It was a great way to start our Costa Rica trip with a friendly and attentive host. "

"Horrible service! We booked room a month ahead of time and when we got there 12 am they had no room available for us. After 3 hours of bugging and calling them they finally gave us a room at another hotel that was very low budget. Dirty! Towels smelled horrible! There wasn’t any toilet better. The area was sooo bad. Overall horrible experience!"
