Cozy cottage with private pool and garden for al fresco dining

Casa Panoramica is a lovingly renovated farmhouse situated at the edge of the small hamlet of Lucciana, just 4 km from the lager hill town of Casole d’Elsa, province of Siena.

The house is a wonderfully peaceful location, a perfect place to get away from it all, yet , if you wish to get out and about, the bustling centres of San Gimignano (15 km), Siena (27 km), Firenze (55 km) are within easy reach.

Casa Panoramica is surrounded by a large garden of olive trees, completely fenced, ideal for those traveling with four-legged friends. The garden is also equipped with a cozy 5 x 7 m terrace. private pool, available from April to October.

Internally the house is attractively furnished with a practical kitchen opening onto the dining room with direct access onto a large furnished terrace,spacious and airy living room accessible both from the dining room and from the two window doors onto the garden), two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, laundry room.

From season 2025 the house will be equipped with air conditioning system.

  • Cascate del Diborrato - Parco fluviale dell'Elsa Inside the residential area of Colle Val d'Elsa is a historic and natural landscape of enormous value thanks to the Elsa River which crosses the Val d'Elsa creating a unique territory. The river creates enchanting corners for hiking and observing: the engineering works for gathering water, the artifical canal system for carrying the water to the city, the caves. A particularly suggestive point is the Diborrato water falls, a 15m jump which is more than 10m deep, a sort of small lake where the locals used to go to cool off. Entspannung

Das war ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub in Lucciana. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es fehlte fast nichts, vielleicht ein paar bequeme Liegestühle wären noch super.

Très beau séjour en Toscane

Belle maison, confortable, au calme, dans un hameau typiquement toscan, grand jardin, piscine très agréable. La région est superbe et riche en visites. Fabrizio, le propriétaire de la maison, nous a accueillis avec sympathie et professionnalisme. Maison à recommander !

Einer der ruhigsten Orte die ich je kennengelert habe.

Ser sauberes und gut ausgerästetes Objekt. Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens funktioniert. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat alles gepasst. Im der Umgebung Top Restaurants (max. 15 min.) Sehr empfehlenswert.

perfekten Urlaub in absoluter Stille

wir haben unseren Urlaub in Lucciana sehr genossen. Zum ersten mal waren wir in einem Ort, wo totale Stille herrscht, man hört die meiste Zeit nur Vögel und Zikaden. Für jemandem, der in der Stadt wohnt - ein Traum. Das Haus ist wie abgebildet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man muss nur bedenken, dass die Einrichtung des Hauses in Italien einfach anderes ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Büro als auch den Eigentümern - reibungslos. Fabrizio spricht zwar wenig englisch, allerdings wenn es notwendig ist, springt seine Tochter Camila ein. Das Grundstück ist gut eingezäunt, also sicher für den Hund - wir waren mit einem Miniatur Bullterrier. Ich kann diese Unterkunft mit voller Überzeugung weiter empfehlen.

Traumurlaub!

schöne Lage, schöne Anlage, groß und sehr sauber, der umzäunte Garten war ein Traum für unseren Hund.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als ausreichend. Es ist alles da was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und einfach wunderbar. In der nahen Umgebung sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Größere Ziele wie z.B. Pisa, Florenz sind innerhalb von 1-1 1/2 Std. zu erreichen. Das ganze Objekt ist mit sehr viel Liebe errichtet, welche Fabrizio und seine Tochter hineinstecken. Wäschewechsel, Poolreinigung, Sonderwünsche werden sofort erfüllt. Wir werden zu 1000% wiederkommen!

kurzfristige Änderung

Nachdem ich gebucht hatte, wurde das Objekt zunächst bestätigt, später aber wieder storniert. Als Grund wurde angegeben, dass das Haus in der Kürze der Zeit nicht vorzubereiten sei. Mir wurde ein Ausweichquartier in Radicondoli angeboten, das sehr schön war. Allerdings lief dann alles über eine Agentur, mit der wir noch auf Englisch chatten konnten. Die Übergabe erfolgte dann durch ein älteres Ehepaar, das nur italienisch sprach. Meine Sprachangebote auf Englisch oder Französisch stießen auf völliges Unverständnis. Störend empfanden wir auch, dass ohne vorherige Ankündigung immer wieder Besuche stattfanden. Am letzten Abend übernachtete das Ehepaar in einer kleinen Wohnung im Mietobjekt. Die Privatsphäre geht insoweit ein stückweit verloren. Das Objekt war sicherlich sein Geld wert, die Begleitumstände trübten den Gesamteindruck.

Magnifique jardin, une chouette piscine. A l'arrivée, nous avons rencontré des difficultés à trouver et finalement, l'agence est venue nous chercher à un point de rencontre, encore merci beaucoup pour cette aide. Maison un peu frisquette pour octobre. Pourrait contenir quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires (planche à découper, couteaux) Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllen aber voll und ganz ihren Zweck. Hervorzuheben ist, neben dem schönen Haus und dem wirklich „Hundesicher“ eingezäunten großartigen Grundstück, die weit über den Standard vorhandene Ausstattung im Ferienhaus.
