"Air con did not work . Asked multiple times for it to be sorted . No one came . Barely slept due to the heat . Garbage hotel . Offered no refund or anything . Typical lazy responses . AVOID this place "

"The site is incredibly beautiful and our double room was spacious and very well decorated. "

"We had a triple prestige room for my wife, daughter (15) and myself. There was ample space and the beds were comfy. The included breakfast was very good, but it didget busy towards the end of service. The pool is amazing being Olympic size. You do have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas, but that does mean they are available and not just covered in towels from 7am. But if you are planning several days around the pool the costs will mount up. The hotel is a little bit out of the city centre and a taxi will cost about €25 each way. There is a bus but it takes over an hour. Best to have a car."
