"Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Eravamo in 5, siccome avevamo un Torneo di Softball allo Stadio Falchi, la location era comodissima. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stadio. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata eccellente. Un ingresso con sala con un ampio tavolo, cucinino, due ampie camere da letto e un bagno. Due balconi sulle camere. In un contesto silenzioso circondato da un parco. Colazione al mattino con tutto ciò che serve, brioches, marmellate, succo fresco di arancia, yoghurt,...

"This hotel was a very good base for visiting Bologna and neighboring cities (Ravenna, Modena). The staff were friendly & helpful and quickly resolved a small issue we had with our room. Bus trip to downtown is 20 minutes, and freeway access to surrounding cities is convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh breads, fruit, meats, yogurts, etc. All in all a great value and very good experience."

The breakfast buffet, included with the stay, is a wonderful plus with plenty of options to start the day. "Stayed here since it's near where our daughter is living while studying in Bologna. Very cute - an old convent converted into a hotel. Rooms were decent sized and the breakfast was good. A little walk to the Piazza Maggiore, but there are businesses close to the hotel - a supermarket right next door. "

"My stay was ok.The room was impeccable except that I didn't get a twin bed as stayed but a very small single be in a minute single room. The hotel lies right next door to the biggest hospital in Bologna and you hear loud ambulance sirens very often day and night😞. Bring earplugs !!!"

"Location was really really nice in a residential area surrounded by typical Italian buildings. Loved it after the hectic old town. The apartment has only two rooms and that’s it. We were 5 of us. The kitchen is good, however the chairs are not so comfortable. Also there would be nice to have a seating area and not have the convertible small beds as beds all the time. Nevertheless it was a really nice place. Would recommend it. "

La mail che conferma la prenotazione consiglia un parcheggio a pagamento a 20 minuti a piedi che è attualmente chiuso ma evidentemente non è noto all'host. Pulizia buona ma migliorabile."
