The room cleaners could not communicate and never gave me the coffee and menu bar refills as requested. "Bologna is not a car-friendly city, so this place was one of the very few that allowed us to reserve a secure parking place for our 2 night stay. This gave us A LOT OF PEACE OF MIND while we ventured around town. We also appreciated that the buffet breakfast has plenty of protein-rich options (not just the croissant & capuchino that is typical). The restaurant recommendations by the staff were great, BUT they are tiny places with italian hours (closed between 3 and 7 pm), so DON'T forget to make reservations ahead of time."

As mentioned in other reviews, it’s very tired, the bathrooms are terrible and the shower doesn’t stay up, the bathroom light stopped working, the curtain fell off the window and you could hear the cinema next door.
