Dear Stefanie, we thank you for choosing to share your positive holiday experience at Paradù and for describing our village as beautiful. Regarding the notification about the check-in time, we explain the following, only for clarity and correctness of information. We would like to give all our guests the opportunity to make the most of their entire holiday, from the first day up to and including the last. This means that it is possible to access the village starting from late morning. We do not recommend arriving before 10.30am because our reception is busy managing check-outs. By doing so, guests have the opportunity to fully exploit the first day of their holiday in terms of services. We guarantee the delivery of the keys to the accommodation from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm. However, if the accommodation is ready before this time slot and the guest is already in the facility enjoying the beach, rather than one of our swimming pools, we contact them to deliver the accommodation to them. Inside the village we have many shared bathrooms, with showers and changing rooms and changing tables. As for the day of departure, the same principle applies as for the day of arrival. That is, we ask that the keys be returned by 10:00 am but it is then possible to remain inside the village to enjoy the services for the entire duration of the day. Every season we try to optimize our services and their quality, for example our App is implemented every year and therefore we are sorry that you did not appreciate how it works. We are happy that you enjoyed our Lodge Tent!Being a very large village we try to optimize our services as best as possible and therefore all activities within the village are usually guaranteed starting from 2nd June when it is a national holiday in Italy.During the weeks before your stay the weather did not help and many maintenance works, including on the accommodation, were postponed due to bad weather. However, we always try to optimize the quality of our accommodations to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible, therefore, we are sorry that you have found some problems within your accommodation and we assure you that we usually intervene to fix them. What you reported to us was reported to our colleagues who drive the golf cars, so that knowing your opinion, in addition to the recommendations of the Management, they would be encouraged to drive more slowly and with more care: safety in our village must ever be present!
