Sehr abgelegen inmitten der Weinberge - für Ruhesuchende gut geeignet. Wohnung größer als auf den Bildern. Super Pool, super Terrasse. Ausstattung in der Küche gut. Gute Lage zu schönen Städten (Siena, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano). Dusche sanierungsbedürftig.

Sehr lieber Empfang (mit Olivenöl und Rotwein aus eigenem Anbau),auch noch bei später Anreise.Völlig unkomplizierte und überaus freundliche Vermieter.Ruhige (wir hatten das ganze Haus für uns),helle,ländlich gelegene Wohnung im gepflegten toskanischen Stil eingerichtet.Alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Auf der Terasse hat man einen schönen Blick über die Landschaft mit Weinanbau. Reisetipps: Wir sind mit unserem Hund zwischen den Weinbergen und Wiesen gewandert und haben Ausflüge in die bekannten toskanischen Orte( Siena, San Giminagno, Volterra, Florenz,Lucca, Pisa ) gemacht.

Im September ist schon sehr ru...

Im September ist schon sehr ruhig, und weit weg von einem Ort.Auto ist nötig.wer einen ruhigen Urlaub sucht, ist hier richtig.Der Vermieter spricht weder Deutsch noch Englisch, so dass Kentnisse in Italiensch vorhanden sein sollten (wir sprechen leider kein Italineisch, das schon mühsam). Reisetipps: na ja, was soll man dazu sagen...Siena, Florenz, San Gimignano.aber auch die kleineren Orte in der nahen Umgebung sind einen Besuch wert.

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte ...

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Italienischkenntnise schon vorteilhaft. Wohnung super–sauber, nett eingerichtet und umfangreich ausgestattet, gut instand gehalten. Räume kamen uns größer vor, als auf den Fotos. SatellitenFernsehen ging nicht wirklich, WLAN gut.Von der Wohnung nebenan bekommt man von aussen nichts mit, allerdings ist die Trennwand ziemlich dünn. Terassenblick auf die Toskanahügel traumhaft. Haben viel Wein und Olivenöl gekauft.Traktoren fahren in den Weinbergen rum hat uns aber nicht gestört. Manchmal ein paar Kinder oder Jugendliche am Pool, dann wirds auch mal laut, aber auch das war eher nett, weil sonst zu einsam. Obwohl die Wohnungen im Haupthaus dauervermietet? sind, hatten wir den Pool unter der Woche quasi für uns alleine(im Juni waren schon Ferien in Italien).Würden sofort wieder hinfahren. Tipp für die Anfahrt: Die Besitzer wohnen nicht in dem Gebäudekomplex beim Pool, sondern in den Häusern geradeaus (sw davon). Dort stünde auch die Waschmaschine des Vermieters, falls benötigt... Reisetipps: Dto bzgl. bekannten Städten.Joggen eher nicht so gut – ist sehr hügelig und verdammt heiss (wenig Schatten). Schotterwege gibt es sehr viele, Bauernhöfe auch – hatte da kein gutes Gefühl wegen Hunden...Mountainbiken und Wandern ist viel besser, auch wenn wirs nicht machen konnten. Haben aber einige Leute gesehen. Gibt nicht wirklich gekennzeichnete Wander/Radwege, aber ab und zu unscheinbare Beschilderungen. Nach Monteriggioni sinds ca. 7.5km...Westlich davon dann auch mehr Wald. COOP in Staggia. Nach Westen geht es erst mal hoch, westlich von Castellina dann eine ganz andere Toskana: Eher Berge als Hügel, mit viel Wald. Wir sind weiter nach Radda gefahren – total toll. Mit dem Rennrad muss die Strecke traumhaft sein, von dortunbedingt weiter Richtung Süden nach Siena fahren.
