Jederzeit wieder!

Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt abseits und in völliger Ruhe. Der Ausblick ist phänomenal. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Einzig ein stärkeres Wlan wäre wünschenswert. Der steile Zufahrtsweg ist durch den Regen der letzten Wochen ziemlich ausgewaschen, so dass die Anfahrt ein wenig abenteuerlich ist, aber mit einem SUV kommt man gut den Berg rauf und runter:-)! Die Lage, die Aussicht und insbesondere der POOL dienen der puren Erholung. Wir werden wiederkommen, auf alle Fälle!

Wundervoller Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir verbrachten zwei fantastische Wochen in Francescas Haus. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und mit einem Induktionsherd ausgestattet. Der Pool ist gerade bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen ein Traum.(einmal pro Woche kommt der Poolservice und kümmert sich um alles.) Das Haus liegt ruhig in den Hügeln der Toskana mitten im Wald. Von hier aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht über die Region. Die Zufahrt ist eine Schotterpiste, die man mit einem normalen PKW (In unserem Fall MB V-Klasse) gut befahren kann. Die Vermieter sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Bei den derzeitigen Temperaturen war neben dem Naturschatten der Bäume auch die Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen ein Segen.Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir hatten mit der Familie ausreichend Platz. Die Kinder haben den schönen Garten zum Spielen genutzt. Wir würden gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Der Schein der Bilder trügt!

Insgesamt ist das Haus mit dem Garten ungepflegt, unsauber bis defekt. Einmal fiel die Wasserversorgung aus. Bei Regen, der derzeit hier öfter fällt, tropft es an undichten Stellen am Dach rein. Gestern mussten wir die Vermieter herbitten, da die Pelletheizung nicht anging. Von einer Dusche ist die Kabinentür defekt, so dass man aufpassen muss, dass diese einen nicht entgegenfällt. Alle Lampen sind dreckig. Ein Lampenschirm im Duschbad fehlt. Eine festinstallierte Duschbrause hält nicht und klappt immer wieder nach unten. Duschköpfe sind verkalkt. In der Küche sind die Regalbretter total wackelig. In der Küche ein Fettfilm auf der Dunstabzugshaube. Wir musste erstmal putzen. Großzügig verteilte Spinnweben im ganzen Haus. Alle Stühle sind alt und unbequem, alle Polster staubig. An der Kaffeemaschine fehlt der Deckel für das Wasserreservoir, welcher durch Alufolie ersetzt wurde. Diese war auch undicht, sodass man nach jeder Tasse Kaffee, eine nWasserlache wegwischen musste. Im Besteckkasten Schmutz, das Geschirr ebenso reinigungsbedürftig. Das Backblech schmutzig. Gelegentlich weht aus dem Keller Dieselgeruch nach oben in die Küche. Für die zwei Schlafzimmer gibt es jeweils einen Kleiderschrank, wobei nur einer ein paar Bügel enthält. Kommoden gibt es keine. In den Bädern ebenso keine Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden. Auch in diesen Räumen haben wir erstmal geputzt. Die Fensterscheiben sind verschmiert. Die Möbel sind alt, abgewohnt und unsauber. Die grüne Couch war mit Spannbettlaken abgedeckt. In einzelnen Fächern findet man ein Sammelsurium aus alten Dingen. Die Räume sind nicht Weiß, wie auf den Fotos, sondern vergilbt. Rostige Türriegel, Kalk an den Wasserhähnen. Das Geschirr, welches auf den Fotos zu sehen war, ist nicht vorhanden. Bei Regen schoss eine Wasserfontäne auf die Terrasse, da die Regenrinne defekt war. Die Fotos weichen von der vorgefundenen Realität ab. Leider können wir hier keine aktuellen Fotos hochladen. Der Pool war gut so und die Aussicht wunderbar. Für das Hundegebell der Hundeauffangstation kann keiner was. Doch ein Hinweis darauf, wäre nicht schlecht. Wir sind nicht pingelig, scheuen uns auch nicht, mit kleinen Makeln umzugehen, aber das war zu viel. FeWo hat diverses Bildmaterial und eine lange Mängelliste von uns erhalten, jedoch nicht reagiert.
