The apartment in Empuriabrava has 3 bedrooms and accommodates 6 people. It offers 86 m² of comfortable and fully equipped space, located on the beachfront with sea views.



There are four swimming pools in the complex NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE. ALL REQUIRE EXTRA PAYMENT. Price available at the property concierge. Communal swimming pool (opening date 15/6, closing date 15/9).



It is located 50 m from the sandy beach of Empuriabrava, 300 m from the supermarket, 16 km from the Peralada Golf Course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona Airport. Situated in an ideal area for families and by the sea.



The accommodation features garden furniture, a terrace, an iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, a communal swimming pool, and a television with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, German and French).



The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Unser zweites Zuhause an der Costa Brava

Wir mieten diese Unterkunft regelmäßig und fühlen uns jedes Mal wie zu Hause. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den großartigen Service von Apart-Rent – das Team ist extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und vor allem mehrsprachig. Für jemanden, der kein Spanisch spricht, ist das eine enorme Erleichterung und nimmt einem sofort jede Unsicherheit. Die Wohnung ist immer sauber, gut ausgestattet und ideal gelegen. Man merkt einfach, dass hier mit viel Engagement gearbeitet wird. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Juni! Vielen Dank an das ganze Apart-Rent-Team – bis bald!

La surface de l'appartement, les équipements. Rien ne manque en vaisselle. La situation est parfaite. . En ce début mars, le chauffage est obligatoire, il faudrait l'inclure dans le prix de la location. Seul inconvénient le bruit que font les moteurs collés au mur de la première chambre , ainsi que toutes les autres souffleries. Obligés de couper dans les chambres la nuit pour dormir sinon trop de bruit. ATTENTION AUX FOURMIS......

Appartement vraiment neuf

Tout est neuf, c'est très propre, deux zones d'habitation avec salles de bains séparées, situation face à la mer. L'immeuble est calme et très bien situé. Malheureusement je n'avais pas vu qu'il n'y a pas d’ascenseur donc à déconseiller aux personnes âgées (c'est notre cas) et avec des enfants en bas âge (c'est notre cas) deux étages avec la poussette et le bébé c'est pénible. Attention cet appartement n'est pas adapté pour les bébés, des escaliers entre la cuisine et le séjour, de plus la terrasse n'est pas sécurisée, un bébé peut passer à travers les balustres.
