Built on the ridge, with a panoramic view of the bastide of Castelnau Montratier and its valley, this Quercy house, close to the owners' house, offers a beautiful space of privacy open to nature in the heart of 10ha of oak woods ( paths, access to the village on foot). On the ground floor, lounge/dining room/kitchen area, shower room+separate wc. Upstairs, mezzanine (1 bed 1.10m) and an attic bedroom (1 bed 1.40m). 2 terraces, one covered, land of 10 ha. Possibility of direct rental by contacting the owners, RATES ALL CHARGES INCLUDED (Low Season €336/High Season €413 per week). Oil central heating not included (7€/day). Communal swimming pool 1km on foot through the valley and 3 km by car. Internet/wifi access at the gite.
