Our stay at Digon Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. Excellent welcome by Hilario, very clear and helpful. The hotel is run by an incredible family that transmits professionalism and stories that make you live the history of the place. And they are very involved making the guests feel comfortable. We will surely go back.

Everything was just perfect!

A very nice stay that exceeded our expectations. The dinners where excellently composed and the personel very professional and welcoming. The free bus ticket allows to reach the centre within 5 min but a walk is also easy. The position give nice views and a calm surrounding without disturbing traffic etc. We will surely come back.

Amazing place to stay in Ortisei!

Daniel, and his parents, Irma and Giovanni are fantastic hosts. Their hospitality, kindness, great food and overall guidance for complete enjoyment of the Val Gardena area is the best. I would give them a 10 rating if available. We cancelled other trip plans to stay 2 extra nights.

Outstanding hotel in Val Gardena

This is an exceptional hotel in all respects. Everything is to the highest standard and this is a credit to the Stuflesser family and their staff, who are all extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. If I am in the Dolomites again I will certainly be staying here.

Pleasant stay

It was a pleasant stay. Staff were kind and helpful. Location was not perfect since we had to use our car in going to Ortisei where parking fee is extremely high. It is better to use the free shuttle for that purpose but their operation ends at around 6pm. We were surprised to have a wonderful 4 course dinner at 18 euros per person and we were satisfied with every aspect of the meal: display, flavor, and the wine (extra charge, of course).

Wonderful hotel, wonderful hosts

We had a fantastic time at Hote Digon. Daniel and family were very warm and inviting hosts, and they made us feel very welcome. The room we stayed in was excellent, as were the many meals we enjoyed. Highly recommended!

Exzellentes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Super freundliches Personal, alles TOP, auch das Frühstück und die Lage (am Ortsrand, 15 Min zu Fuß ins Zentrum, auch per Bus möglich). Einzig ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen: WLAN nicht im Preis inbegriffen (mit 3 EUR/ Tag aber absolut OK).

Una vacanza bellissima

Posto bellissimo.Cucina ottima. Posizione ottimale.Camera comoda e spaziosa. Giardino per i bambini con vista sulle montagne.Qualche ragnatela sopra i letti ma consiglio vivamente a chi voglia passare una vacanza splendida.

Hotel zum Wohlfühlen

Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns begeistert. Es liegt etwas außerhalb von St. Ulrich, hat aber direkt beim Haus eine Bushaltestelle und die Verbindungen sind hervorragend. Man erhält schon bei der Ankunft einen genauen Busfahrplan. Es ist aber auch nur ein ca. 1/2-stündiger Fußweg bis in die Ortsmitte, allerdings auf dem letzten Stück Rückweg ein kurzer steiler Anstieg.Wir haben während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes nur einmal das Auto benutzt und das auch nur weil wir nach Bozen fahren wollten. Das Frühstücksbuffet enthält alles was das Herz begehrt und man kann sich schon morgens auf das leckere 4-Gänge Abendessen freuen. Der Service ist ganz hervorragend, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem wird man so behandelt, dass man das Gefühl hat, sich mit allen eventuell auftretenden Problemchen zu jeder Zeit an die Gastgeber-Familie wenden zu können.

Warm and authentic hotel!

The family staff that run this hotel is very friendly and helpful. They are very present in a pleasant and serviceminded way during breakfast and dinner. They seem 100% motivated and dedicated to make their business and our stay a success. (grand)mother cooks fabulous, (grand)father is supportive in the kitchen and in serving, and the daniel, their son is very communicative, helpfull and managing the hotel well. The staff as well is very friendly. Apart form the excellent food, is the winelist recommendable with many fine local wines.
