Casa Sinzias consists of two independent houses with a private swimming pool for exclusive use. The houses are rented together as a single property.
In the main house you will find a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer), three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one complete with toilet and shower, the other only with sink, toilet and laundry area), as well as a terrace of about 20 square metres with sea view and equipped with table and chairs.
The smaller house consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed that sleeps one or two, a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, and a complete bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and fridge with freezer.
Both houses are furnished and equipped with air conditioning in every room and wifi.
The property includes two outdoor showers with hot water, two barbecue areas, and private parking. The house is accessed from the garden via a staircase. A second entrance, also with a staircase, is exclusively pedestrian.

The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away, for all other services you need to get to Costa Rei about 6 km away or Villasimius about 10 km away. The use of a car is therefore recommended.
