"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nicely set up, with plenty of light and comfortable seating for reading, knitting or doing a jigsaw puzzle. I am claustrophobic and very much appreciated having a sliding door to the outside and a wonderful long distance view. The breakfast had a lot of good options. The eco-friendly part was interesting. The top of the trash barrel had a hole for "Trash" and one for "Recycling", but there was no divider in the actual barrel, so everything went into the same bag."

"Night watch was the perfect place for our mid coast Maine get away. The cottage had a great homey feel. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. If you are looking for a quiet location yet close to many things, I highly recommend Night Watch on Westport Island. "

"What a gem! Such a charming and spacious apartment with a fantastic, unobstructed view of the water! Comfy bed, all ammeneties available, parking easy and convenient, and the bathroom has a fan. AC and heater units availabible throughout the apartment. Be sure to check out the bookstore downstairs! We will definitely return in the future! "

"This is an excellent property. Very well maintained. Well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The screened in porch was great for sitting and enjoying the fabulous view. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. it is also convenient to many of the places in Maine we wanted to explore."
