"We had a fantastic stay at this property. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The house was very clean, the amenities were great. We were worried about sleeping with the road noise being on Route 1. We worried for nothing. There was plenty of insulation so road noise wasn’t an issue. Jeff was very responsive and checked in multiple times throughout our stay. I can’t recommend this rental more."

"Beautiful, relaxing setting overlooking river. Close to Wiscasset, Damariscotta and Boothbay. House was well stocked and equipped. Quiet neighborhood with dining close by. Highly recommend this property. Bedrooms and baths on one level-also a plus!"

"This was our second time to stay at the View II and it was wonderful. We especially appreciated the balcony and the great view of the river. The unit is spacious and the full kitchen is a plus. We were disappointed that only 1 tv worked this time, because one reason we rented this unit again is 2 TVs. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was a little noisy and it would also be nice if there was a small dresser in the bedroom for folded clothes. But otherwise, I highly recommend this unit and the area around Edgewater and Wiscasset."

"Absolutely stunning property - the photos don’t do it justice! We had 6 groups coming together for a college reunion and found plenty of space to convene, eat (inside and out), and hang out in groups large and small. Would 100% come back again - in fact, we’re talking about doing this again next year!! Thank you to David and Alexandra for an amazing stay"
