Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Disappointing Room Amenities
The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the location is excellent. The room also matched the description and photos provided on Expedia.
Unfortunately, the room amenities were very disappointing. The TV did not work properly, the shower water pressure was extremely weak, making showering difficult and time-consuming, and the hot water was insufficient or almost nonexistent.
These are basic necessities that should be provided by any hotel. I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them. I would advise future guests to consider these drawbacks before booking, as a great location and friendly staff cannot compensate for such essential facilities not working properly.

"The reception greeting was friendly and efficient even though the hotel was busy with at least two conferences being hosted. Parking was free and ok although some inconsiderate person had damaged my drivers door overnight. Our room - generally clean and tidy but looking tired in need of re-decoration. ..."
