Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"I had a good time but there were definitely pros and cons to this hotel Pros Food…..amazing. Seasoned with options. You were even able to take food back to your room. Desserts also amazing. Staff…..friendly and super helpful Room….clean with an amazing view Treats…..daily treats left in your room Separate sides…..there was an adults only side which was amazing. I only saw kids when I was eating. Cons I had to kill the biggest roach I’d ever seen my last night. It was in my bathroom. The scream I screamed while killing it. Mouse droppings outside my room the last day. Swept to the side and left there all day. I feared a mouse would end up in my room. Beach access…though there were daily shuttle buses to another beach, the hotel beach itself was filled with seaweed and therefore not something you could get in. Would I stay here again….yes if they fixed the rodent and seaweed issues."

"My stay was very enjoyable, the staff were very pleasant and very accommodating I was able to do late checkout for about 4.5 hours and it only cost $60, i will defintely recommend here and stay again, only thing I will stay at the Resort next time as it is beachfront, but they provide hourly shuttles from 9:30 am to the resort from any of their properties which is great."

"Jade Mountain is unlike any resort we have ever experienced. The rooms are incredibly imaginative and almost cinematic—open to the sky and the Pitons, with no fourth wall, creating a feeling of being completely immersed in nature. Every detail feels artistic, intentional, and beautifully connected to the surroundings. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always ready to make the experience special. The yoga classes with Ceren were another highlight, with wonderful instructors who created an inspiring and peaceful atmosphere. The food was outstanding. The Michelin-starred dining experience was sophisticated, creative, and beautifully presented, making every meal feel like an event in itself. And then there is the water. The beach below Jade Mountain is breathtaking, with incredibly crystal-clear turquoise water and distinctive volcanic sand. Swimming there, surrounded by the Pitons and lush tropical landscape, was an experience we will never forget. Jade Mountain truly feels like an architectural work of art placed in the middle of paradise. The combination of extraordinary design, nature, exceptional service, yoga, remarkable food, and that spectacular Caribbean sea creates an experience that is both luxurious and deeply memorable."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the hotel! It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. My biggest complaint is we were never told about the additional lunch options at Project Chocolat. We learned about it on our last day because we took the chocolate making class. The lunch menu at the hotel is pretty small so once we learned we had more options just up the road we were slightly annoyed by that. I think front desk reception should make it known to guest when they check in because when we spoke to the staff at project chocolat lunch area they said we’re not the first guest to say they didn’t know about the food options there! Lastly, We loveddd the sunset cruise!! Captain Jungle was amazing! However for the price of the cruise it would be nice to offer fruits or something a bit more edible than plantain chips!"
