• Breakage deposit: EUR 300 per stay

• Cleaning fee: EUR 120 per accommodation, per stay.
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 20 per accommodation, per week
• Management fee: EUR 10 per accommodation, per stay
• Utility fee: EUR 6 per accommodation, per night
