In the private courtyard it is possible to park 2 cars.
There is a terrace for exclusive use, sea view, with gazebo where you can eat outside all together.
Equipped with every comfort: air conditioner, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, etc.
The house has 2 entrances from driveways, the property is completely fenced.
