The house is complete with all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing stay: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, electric oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster etc.

Domus Maris Felloniche is a beautiful Mediterranean-style vacation cottage with modern interiors, furnished with refined care, and a lovely little terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and relax outside.
The interior consists of a generously sized two-room apartment. At the entrance there is a large bright living room with a stone arch separating the open kitchen with dining area from therelaxation area with comfortable sofa, fireplace corner and TV.
The sleeping area is a spacious double bedroom with closet and TV. The shower room is complete.
The vacation cottage a short walk from the beach of Felloniche is fully fenced, with two entrance gates: one pedestrian, the other driveway to access the parking space.

Domus Maris Felloniche is located in Felloniche, marina of Castrignano del Capo, a few steps from the characteristic sandy beach where the sea is crystal clear and every day you can admire beautiful sunsets.
In just 3 minutes by car you can reach Santa Maria di Leuca, among the most famous destinations of summer tourism in Salento, where all the main services are present.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).                                          
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
