The 35 m² property features one bedroom and one bathroom (without bidet), while the fully equipped kitchen is located on a semi-covered terrace.



This elevated terrace is the heart of the house: here you can cook and enjoy your meals with a pleasant view of the surrounding greenery. You can have breakfast immersed in the tranquility of the countryside or dine outdoors, relaxing with the sounds of nature. The house can accommodate up to 3 people and offers modern comforts such as Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, smart TV, and air conditioning.



The large private outdoor area, garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower complete the experience, offering you an ideal retreat to relax.
