The spring pools on property were amazing and they come and serve you drinks in the pool. The main dining hall is open and you can watch the wildlife (and volcano if it’s visible) right there when you eat. "
"Stayed here for 6 days, rooms are spacious and nothing spectacular compared to a more modern style room but makes up for it with a balcony that faces the Volcano.
There a several hot springs and one has a swim up bar that was fantastic.
They also have a pool with a pretty lengthy fast slide, the breakfast here is top notch.
Plenty of choices to choose from, the hotel also offers a view point, within the resort, that you can take a 5 minute drive that over sees the Volcano, amazing view!!
It’s a short 10 minute drive to La Fortuna so for me it worked out perfectly as I didn’t have to worry about heavy traffic flow coming in and out of the resort.
