"My son (a prospective college student) and I took a tour at VCU. This was perfect! Within walking distance to the university as well as dining. I love the way this home was decorated and it accommodated all of our needs."

"The original impression was a little off putting. The entrance was dirty and littered. The elevator in garage was not working and difficult to understand how to operate. It did not work like elevator I had ever used both in garage and hotel. The night staff ob arrival were wonderful and helpful. The staff member at check out in the morning was rude and not helpful. Not sure i would stay there again."

"The property is beautiful but nothing is open on the weekends. The elevators are extremely slow and there was always a long line. We were there for three nights and did not receive any housekeeping. The front desk was very unfriendly and gave conflicting information from when I had called prior to checkin. Overall, meh "
