"This is a great property. Very convenient and beautifully located across from parks and the ocean! A short 5-minute walk and you're on the St Kilda beach and pier. I paid extra for the breakfast and parking. I highly recommend both especially the parking! Unlimited entrance and exits which is a life saver as parking on the street is almost impossible. The breakfast and staff were excellent! There unfortunately was MAJOR construction happening in the building which started WAY TOO EARLY every day! The CBD district is about 15 minutes away and there is a tram or trolley station right outside. Buses and rideshares are also right on the front street. Other than that, the front desk staff was super helpful. The room was decently sized with a comfortable bed, hot shower and plenty of towels. My luggage enjoyed the room as it spent more time in there then I did. Enjoy your travels!"

"I didn’t like that we waited 40 minutes for a simple breakfast of muesli and cereal. We arrived at 6.50 am and were served at 7.30am. This was concerning as we had medical appointments in Richmond."

"This would have to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in. We were met on arrival with the feeling that we were 'expected and welcome'. During our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was light, airy, well-conditioned and scurrilously clean. We will be definitely returning to this lovely hotel."

"Great location, friendly staff and a comfortable stay Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. As a bonus, I received a complimentary drinks voucher, which I happily used at the bar. The staff in the venue were also friendly and helpful when I had a few questions. The room was clean, modern and spacious, with thoughtful extras including a fridge, biscuits, tea and coffee, and bottled water. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great hot water and excellent pressure. The only negatives were that the shower itself felt a little too small for such a large rain shower head. It was difficult to move around and wash properly without the soap being rinsed off straight away, as you were directly underneath the shower head. The basin tap was also loose and could do with some attention. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to Chadstone Shopping Centre and the Social Quarter, making it a convenient place to stay. I would happily stay again."
