"I could see the carpark from my room, look like plenty of parking places. Location of hotel was absolutely perfect. 2 minute walk to Ackland Street. Room was spacious, overal clean but some stains in the carpet, the bathroom looked a bit tired with minor patch up works, still it was excellent value place to stay and I am very happy with it. Basic amenities in kitchen, like coffee & tea supplied, jug, mini fridge. No toaster or microwave, but ok, as street is 2 mins away to get eateries. Stayed 2 nights and if I come to st kilda again, this hotel will be my first preference."

"Had a wonderful 3 night stay in an ensuite room level 3. Staff members were super friendly and helpful. Very handy for public transport and close to some nice cafes and pubs. The building is old with a lot of character ( it’s worth noting that there is no lift and so make sure you pack light if you’re going to be on the 3rd floor. Definitely recommend and will be back 😊"
