People seem to reserve their spot for working l by leaving their laptops out around 2pm everyone disappeared but left their computers. It does get really loud outside at night but they do provide ear plugs. I’m a good sleeper so it didn’t bother me too much."Reviewed November 5, 2026Return • Athens (ATH) - Milan (MXP)ATH - MXP • Direct MXP - ATH • Direct€578€377found 1 day agoper traveller - Numa Milan Camperio

"The hotel/ motel has put “lipstick “ on the decor- however it can’t hide the fact- or smell that this was once a fully smoking accommodation so the rugs and drapes smell of old smoke. The buffet breakfast was limited and simple. Nothing worthy of note. Sheets and bathroom were clean- which is expected."

"Not at all what we expected. The property is a very old, poorly maintained large house. The arrangement is not very sensible as the rooms opened right into the breakfast room which was also the owners living room or office. It was an extremely casual BnB shall we say. But not very comfortable or cozy. We left as easily as possible. The food was really good, however. But the dinner service was clearly straining the staff. "

"This is a wonderful property located in a perfect spot in Pavia. We stay in many rental properties and I can say, without question, the service at Arnabaldi Palace is as good as we have ever received. Rooms are well appointed and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We fully intend to stay here again on our next trip to Italy."

"This is a small bed and breakfast establishment right in the centre of Pavia and they have tried to think of everything for the convenience of their guests. The side road grille gate is a bit of a surprise, but very secure. Once in, on a hot day I was immediately offered a drink. The stairs are steep, but my bag was taken up to and brought down from the room. The room is very pleasant, nowhere near as over the top as the pictures suggest, there are tea and coffee-making facilities,...
