"A gem of a find in Milan. I was upgraded to a larger room, which was enormous. The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything, plus less than 5mins to the clisest metro station. Lots of lical food options and shops close by. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. "

"I was looking for an affordable, clean, private place to stay for one night that was within close walking distance to Milano Centrale train station and this place delivered exactly that! The shower was quite a tight squeeze but it got the job done so that’s all that matters. It was as expected for the price you pay. The office where you check in is across the street from the building where you stay, but the staff meets you there and personally shows you to your room so no worries in finding it....

"It was a good location, well connected and has restaurants and gelateria stone’s throw away. The market on Saturdays is a treat! Staff commented via WhatsApp, was responsive to text but didn’t pick up calls (we requested to deposit baggage before check in, agreed but didn’t pick up calls). Check in was smooth otherwise. Accomodating to leave luggages after check out. Clean and lovely space. However the fridge on the room was really whirring quite loudly otherwise managed a decent rest overall....

"Strange place, but that’s okay. Didn’t like the bed, pillows, shower head was dangling, rust-stains in the toilet. Lightning was really weird (fluorescent fixtures on ceiling). Lots of night noises. Overall I’d say it wasn’t worth the price paid. "

"I would love to give this a high rating because the staff was great and the location is good. I will also say that it’s very safe. I can’t give it a high rating because there were more than a dozen items in the room that needed a hand on it. Simple things which makes you wonder what the issue is. I didn’t see other rooms but the maid service attempted to come in every day with no way to say “do not disturb”. The first day I thought it was someone at the wrong room because I don’t speak Italian....

"The description of the property is misleading. It claims to offer breakfast but it does not, offering only kitchen facilities to make breakfast Apparently many visitors have been misled in this way. And we all have paid for a service we did not receive. Apart from this lesson in checking the small print, we realized too late that a "private bathroom" is not en-suite"

"I would have given him 6 stars if that was a thing. Paolo was a fantastic host. The room was lovely and spotless. The view was charming of the square. I found it funny that the breakfast was actually at a place across the square, and not IN the hotel, but not a problem. The only complaint I had was not their fault-the bloody pigeons!! Don’t get the room on the 4th floor if you want to sleep late.LOL. I though someone was murdering a chicken. It was just the pigeons on the roof above my head! ...

"My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring Milan for the first time. The property was in a wonderful area near the Lanza station. Lot's of restaurants to select from, great shopping and people watching. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. We would stay there again, if we ever get back to Milan."

"The area was great for location to the stadium. Dining was limited. The room was a little Older and there were some dead bugs on the wall. The property manager/owner was very polite. "

Great, spacious apartment with great amenities - due to the central location of the apartment, it can often be quite loud at night due to local restaurants/ bars. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying here again "

"Very comfortable stay. The staff was helpful. The room was very spacious and despite being on the first floor, it was very quiet. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
