Nice welcome on arrival. Plesently suprised by the size of the room, plus is had a nice outside balcony space. Noise levels for a city area were very quiet. Accomodation and hotel had a family run feel. Walking time to main central area was about 30 mins, but public transport options available. If going back to the area I would definitely consider this again.
The room was spacious and clean, we chose to stay slightly outside the city centre and having the tram a few minutes walk away made it easy to get back into the centre.
The room was a clean, modern loft room with comfortable beds. The hotel is close to the tram which took us to the Olympic hockey arena and city centre. There were some nice pastey shops nearby.
very clean rooms with stylish design. Residential area on a private street giving the feeling living like a lokal. Close to Linate airport and close to bus and tram stops. Some very good chinese and Japanese restaurants close by.
The room was great, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The receptionist was really sweet and polite and helpful. Trams, busses and metros were all within reach.
Nice property , clean, bright and beautiful, reception staff was very helpful as well. They allowed me an earlier check in as I landed hours early. Was a nice stay
Wonderful hotel near Linate airport that offers access to dining and shopping options that the traditional "airport hotel" does not offer. Rooms were beautifully designed and the air conditioning was perfect for the unusually hot weather Milan was experiencing during my visit.
Very nice front desk staff. Room was in a separate building. Loud dog overhead for a portion of my stay, but it finally stopped barking. Nice large patio, room is large as well.
A very basic business-style hotel, perfect for a couple of nights. Although it’s located quite far from the city center, it’s well connected by public transport, with easy access to buses, trams, and the metro. The room was well air conditioned and it was pleasant returning home during summer heat.
The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I would also like to give a special mention to the shower—it had excellent water pressure and was spacious enough for a comfortable, refreshing shower.
The only downside was the poor sound insulation. Especially at night, I could hear guests arriving, doors slamming, and people talking in the rooms.
Parking is limited. Must book before booking the room if you won’t get any. Staff wouldn’t even let us fit the motorbike in a nook that was out of the way.
I arrived at 11.30. Nobody opened, Nobody answered the phone and nobody answered any emails. This is the first time in my life I am left outside of hotel. This is unexcusable, and frankly, a hotel to avoid

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
A horrible experience - the bed was completely infested with bedbugs, and I didn't see them until I woke up thirsty after an hour's sleep.
I rushed down to the reception area to change room, but it was completely empty, and nobody responded to any of the telephone numbers.
In the end I had to leave RossoVino and pay for another hotel at short notice, as it was impossible to sleep in that bed and there was nobody at all around to help or change rooms.
This was the first time I've come across a hotel with bedbugs, it was a scarring experience, and made worse by the lack of any service.
