I thought the room was great for the price, the location would have been difficult to beat, the food options were great, and the team was very kind. The road it was on had a lot of clubs (night and the other kind), but never did it feel overly uncomfortable and, at least where my room was, was quiet.

Very little information provided from Expedia or hotel about gatherings / pre event entertainment etc. Person who checked us in didn’t know which key was to door or front door (and front door key did not work) luckily someone heard us trying to get in at 11pm and let us in.
Emergency light (green) in room is so bright it illuminates room to point it looks like daylight and has to have a towel across eyes to try to block out some light.
tea bags are a nice touch however not wrapped or in container who don’t know how long they have been there or if been touched by human hands or insects.
Perfect location for a concert at Andield.
Room was clean tho
Small vent in bathroom didn’t do much for ventilation.

Lovely room with an amazing view. Really helpful and friendly staff, plus able to check in online and access the room early. Lovely restaurant on site and free soft drinks in the mini bar.

"Excellent hotel with great staff! Our bathroom door wouldn’t close so they got us a new room that was even larger and more spacious. Location is awesome close to everything, Albert Docks, restaurants and pubs! Loved our quick stay in Liverpool!!!"

"Excellent location right in the centre of Mathew Street. Rooms can get stuffy as window was unable to be opened and also the air conditioning didn't work. Also can get very loud at night due to the area."
